Join the Pathways to Wellness in MS Program to learn about multiple sclerosis and wellness and connect with others in your community. You will have the opportunity to learn about the latest wellness research, take a comprehensive approach to a healthy lifestyle with MS, and learn about different wellness dimensions for people living with MS.

Pathways to Wellness in MS will:

• Explore the latest wellness research and learn about evidence-based recommendations that can positively impact health and quality of life
• Connect with others in the MS community to discuss strategies to implement health and wellness lifestyle changes into daily life
• Provide opportunities for ongoing connections and support
