Join Meghan Bailey MSN, RN, CCRN, UF Health Stroke Program Coordinator as she talks about ways that you can replenish your stores of mental, emotional, and physical energy. About the Support Group:Need some time to focus on you and bond with other stroke caregivers in the community? Join us for monthly support meetings with fellow caregivers. Guest speakers frequently discuss topics of interest or provide fun activities for the group. All Stroke Caregiver Support Group Sessions

• January 12, 2021 - Medication therapies your loved ones may be prescribed to prevent future strokes,
• February 9, 2021 - Stroke aphasia, swallowing, speech/language in post-stroke care.
• March 9, 2021 - Caregiving
• April 13, 2021 - Post-stroke spasticity management including medications, therapies, injections and surgical options.
