UF Health IT Technical Support Center Open House

To celebrate Customer Service Week 2016, the UF Health IT Technical Support Center (TSC) invites you to attend an Open House. The TSC is the voice you hear when you call 265-0526 to get IT help. They also perform triage for the IT self-service requests to route them to the correct group, as well as provide walk-in support. Meet the people who take your IT requests; experience the behind-the-scene operation. Refreshments will be served.

Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on the frontline daily. In 1992 the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event in the United States. This year it will be celebrated during the week of October 3-7 with the theme, Service Champions.

Each year UF Health IT Customer Support celebrates this special week. The goals of the celebration are to:

• boost morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• reward frontline representatives.
• raise company-wide awareness of the importance of customer service.
• thank other departments for their support.
• remind customers of your commitment to customer satisfaction

UF Health IT Customer Support has 151 employees in Client Technology Support, IT Asset Management, Technical Support Center (TSC), and Contact Center.
