Welcome! This page is for new staff or anyone who needs a refresher on UF Health Information Technology. This guide will help you access and navigate some basic tools so you can get to work efficiently. We’re here to support you.

IT help resources and logins

IT Help Portal

For general requests, submit a support ticket using the UF Health IT portal.

Remote access

If you're not on the UF Health wifi network or are remote, you'll need to login to our virtual private network. Use of the VPN also requires Duo authentication.

Duo authentication

UF and UF Health use the Duo Mobile app for two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA helps to protect your login from hackers.

UF Health Bridge

UF Health's intranet is named Bridge. The For Employees section includes resources for employees and managers, including myTraining. Bookmark the IT Bridge site for quick access to IT Help, IT Customer Updates and other support.
