Account Password Reset

Manage your UF Health user account.

Your UF Health user account allows you to logon to many systems at UF Health. Some common systems include: Your computer, Citrix, Email, Epic, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Spok, and Wireless.

Password complexity rules

• All passwords must be at least nine characters.
• Passwords cannot contain any of the following:
  • Your name or UF Health username
  • The “&” non-alphabetic character
• Passwords must contain characters from three of the following four categories:
  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Non-alphabetic characters (such as !,$, #, %, @)

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication increases security for your account. When you log in, an app on your phone will ask to confirm it is you logging in.
