Your UF Health user account allows you to logon to many systems at UF Health. Some common systems include: Your computer, Citrix, Email, Epic, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Spok, and Wireless.

Two-factor authentication (2fa) is required
Two-factor authentication increases security for your account. When you log in, an app on your phone will ask to confirm it is you logging in. To setup 2FA for your account, please log in with your UF Health (GNV/CFH/STJ), UF Health Jacksonville (UMC), or UF Gatorlink account.
If you can't access two-factor authentication
- Call your IT support office
- Please be prepared to join a video chat with IT support and have a photo ID available.
- IT support will provide you a temporary code to login and sign up for two-factor authentication

Password rules
The following rules are required for your password to make them secure.
- All passwords must be at least nine characters.
- Passwords cannot contain any of the following:
- Your name or UF Health username
- The “&” non-alphabetic character
- Passwords must contain characters from three of the following four categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic characters (such as !,$, #, %, @)
