UF students receive dissertation research awards
Three University of Florida doctoral students have won national awards of $1,000 each to help support their research in clinical and health psychology.
Kimberly Kirkpatrick Justice, Carrie McDonald and Brendan Rich, students in the College of Health Professions’ clinical and health psychology department, each received the American Psychological Association’s Dissertation Research Award.
The annual awards are granted to approximately 50 psychology doctoral students in the United States or Canada whose dissertation research reflects excellence in scientific psychology.
