University of Florida to offer free hearing screenings

In recognition of national Better Hearing and Speech Month, the University of Florida College of Health Professions’ department of communicative disorders will provide free hearing screenings for adults.

Screenings will be held by appointment only from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, May 6 and Monday, May 20 at the UF Speech and Hearing Center at Shands, located on the second floor of the dental wing, 1600 S.W. Archer Rd., Gainesville. Call (352) 392-8888 to schedule an appointment.
