UF offers free classes to help you quit tobacco. In-person and virtual group classes available. We also provide nicotine replacement products to help you quit all forms of tobacco.

Come to this free class and get the tools and support you need to begin your Tobacco Free life! No judgments, just help!
- The Quit Smoking Now class meets once a week for 6 weeks
- Classes are held at UF Health Flagler Hospital Wellness Center
- Class provides participant workbook and materials
- Class provides free nicotine replacement patches, gum or lozenges, if medically appropriate and 18 years of age or older.
