Client Installation

UF Health users needing to install the HSC VPN client software for the first time can use the directions at the link below:

After installation, connect to https://vpn.health.ufl.edu in your browser to connect to the HSC VPN
or you can connect to the HSC VPN by entering vpn.health.ufl.edu into the the Cisco AnyConnect client address box.

Upon your first connection to the HSC VPN, configuration settings will change the AnyConnect client box address to have a drop-down option with HSC VPN and UF VPN as choices. Choose HSC VPN for HSC resources.

Client Re-Installation

Re-installation of the client can often fix issues that arise because of file corruption, etc. Try direct download and reinstall using the link below.
