The UF Health Advanced Lung Disease Program values your referral relationship.

At UF Health, our team of multidisciplinary team is dedicated to developing and maintaining referring physicians’ satisfaction by enhancing access to and communications with our services.

Our goal is provide your patients with the best possible care as well as a compassionate, caring experience. We offer unlimited assistance — you can schedule outpatient appointments, request a physician-to-physician consultation, coordinate a patient transfer, or inquire about any clinical service.
