Hello, I'm Andrew Gage, a certified strength and conditioning specialist at UF Health. I attended the University of Florida, where I earned my bachelor of science degree in applied physiology and kinesiology.
My journey into the realm of fitness and conditioning led me to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This certification not only signifies my commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the field but also equips me with the knowledge and skills to design effective and tailored exercise programs.
