My bio
Hello, my name is Christina Baldwin Chadwick, MD, and I am board-certified in general pediatrics and an assistant professor in the department of pediatrics at the University of Florida. I see patients at UF Health Pediatric Specialties practices in Gainesville and Ocala.
I studied biology and chemistry at Xavier University in Cincinnati and later earned my medical degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee. After completing my internship and residency training in pediatrics at the University of South Florida in Tampa, I completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, where I received a first- and second-year fellowship grant from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
I am a member of the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Gastroenterology Association. My research interests, presentations and publications consist of topics related to cystic fibrosis, acute and recurrent pancreatitis, quality improvement and inflammatory bowel disease. My most recent ongoing project concerns improving nutritional outcomes for infants with cystic fibrosis.
