About me
Hey there, I'm Daphne Bricker, I’m a physical therapist at UF Health. I earned my doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Florida, where I also completed the UF Health Shands Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency. Throughout my education and training, I've developed a keen interest in orthopaedics, spinal injuries, sports injuries, adolescent injuries and the process of returning to sport after injury.
My approach to physical therapy is rooted in compassion and a genuine desire to see my patients thrive. I'm driven by the belief that by reconnecting individuals with the activities that bring them joy, we can significantly enhance their overall well-being.
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of exercise as medicine and strive to incorporate this philosophy into my practice. Whether it's through tailored rehabilitation programs or guidance on lifestyle modifications, I'm dedicated to empowering my patients to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
Outside of the clinic, you'll often find me engaging in my own exercise routine, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or enjoying quality time with friends and family.
