About me
Gonzalo J. Acosta Garcia, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Florida. His clinical and research interests include thyroid cancer, thyroid nodules and conditions affecting the thyroid function.
He received his medical degree from Universidad San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru. He completed his internship and Internal Medicine residency at the Houston Methodist Hospital, followed by his Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism fellowship at UCLA.
