About me
Hello, I'm Marianna Kaiser, a registered nurse at UF Health. My journey in nursing began in Germany at the Bad Homburg School of Nursing, where I earned my nursing diploma. In addition, I proudly hold the CCRN certification, showcasing my commitment to excellence in critical care.
In my pursuit of holistic nursing, I became a healing touch practitioner, emphasizing the importance of addressing physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of care. My experience in critical care and cardiac nursing has fueled my passion for teaching preventative and restorative health, particularly in relation to cardiac diseases. The profound impact of cardiac rehab, both in restoring health and teaching prevention, inspired me to focus on this vital aspect of healthcare.
My ultimate goal is to evolve into a holistic practitioner, addressing the cardio-physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of all clients. My interest extends to becoming a nurse nutritionist, further enhancing my ability to contribute to comprehensive patient care.
Beyond the realm of healthcare, I find joy in kayaking, nature walks, arts and crafts and cooking. I've been honored with the CCRN Nurse certification for an impressive 30 years, and I take pride in my role as a mother to four wonderful adult children and a grandmother to three. Fluent in German, I have also explored the world through my travels and am currently involved in creating an alternative community on 86 acres. Through my diverse experiences and ongoing commitment to holistic nursing, I aim to make a positive impact on the well-being of individuals and communities alike.
