My bio
Mar’Tina Wimberly, MD, currently serves as a clinical assistant professor at the UF Health Family Medicine – Jonesville practice. She received a B.S. in Biology from the Bethune- Cookman University and her medical degree from University of Florida, College of Medicine. She then completed her residency training with the University of Central Florida/ HCA Consortium Family Medicine residency program.
Her professional interests include, quality improvement and health equity research, medical education and preventive medicine. Wimberly holds professional membership in the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
