UF Health Senior Care at Oak Hammock is a geriatric primary care practice available exclusively for seniors residing at Oak Hammock.
Our clinic strives to uphold UF Health Shands Hospital’s nationally recognized expertise in senior care, which ranks among the best in the country in U.S. News & World Report’s best hospital rankings.
We provide the highest-quality health care to our geriatric patients age 65 and older, seeing them for their everyday ailments and concerns, while conducting annual check-ups, flu shots, etc. Walk-in, urgent care services are also available to Oak Hammock residents. The clinic is staffed by Henrique Kallas, MD, Candace Worsham, MD, and Tracee Williams, our advanced registered nurse practitioner.
The practice is located within and serves the residents of Oak Hammock at the University of Florida, an innovative retirement community with a focus on long-term health care in private, high-quality accommodations in assisted living, memory care and long-term skilled nursing.
