Search UF Health providers by clinical interests, name or specialty. This app provides direct access to UF Health physicians. All the information you need to refer a patient is available in the app. Information for each physician includes:

- Office locations
- Research profile
- Current clinical trials and more
Accessing the app
- Create a username and password
- Once approved, we'll send your access credentials via email within 48 hours.
You will need your NPI number and/or other credentials for full access to the app.
If you do not have an NPI number, limited access to the app and its capabilities are available immediately upon download.
