Emily completed her my residency at Baystate Medical Center, Tufts Medical School. She simultaneously completed a Fellowship in Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester before returning to Florida to join the department of her birth.

Emily's Division of Urogynecology now has four providers, caring for women with pelvic floor disorders. She has served within national subspecialty societies, teaches medical students and residents and mentors aspsiring fellows. Emily serves as the Director of Surgical Services and the Physician Director of Quality for the Department of ObGyn. She has been committed to self-improvement and has channeled that passion towards operational effectiveness in her Division, Department and Institution.
