My bio
My name is Emily Weber LeBrun and I am an associate professor and chief of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery in the University of Florida Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I am a Gainesville native and University of Florida College of Medicine alumna. Following medical school, I completed my residency at Baystate Medical Center at Tufts Medical School. I then completed an accredited three-year fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester.
My clinical interests include pelvic floor disorders, such as pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. I collaborate with physicians in other departments to provide multidisciplinary care to patients throughout North Central Florida. As a physician, my goal is to inform my patients of the ir choices for treatment to guide them toward making an informed decision that is right for them.
