Dr. Fairless is a licensed clinical psychologist. Her training includes the completion of a Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology, an Internship in Clinical and Health Psychology, and a Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship. Over the course of her training, Dr. Fairless received an array of clinical experiences in a variety of settings, such as counseling centers, community-based mental health centers, psychiatric outpatient facilities, hospitals, and substance-abuse treatment centers. She has worked with patients ranging in age from 19 months to 81 years old and presenting with various psychiatric diagnoses and life stressors. Dr. Fairless has received specialty training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure-Response Therapy (ERT). Dr. Fairless currently provides personality assessment and psychological treatment for dual-diagnoses at the UF Health Florida Recovery Center. She is qualified to teach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), therapeutic treatment of anxiety disorder, therapeutic treatment of depression, psychotherapy, and supervision.
