My bio
Martina Drawdy, MD, is fellowship-trained and board-certified in pediatric endocrinology. She graduated with her medical degree from Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic, and she completed her pediatric residency training at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. Dr. Drawdy completed a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and has more than 14 years of experience in pediatrics.
She joined the faculty at the University of Florida after serving as a pediatric endocrinologist and assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. As a pediatric endocrinologist, Dr. Drawdy diagnoses and treats problems with growth, puberty, diabetes and other disorders related to hormones and the glands that produce them.
Dr. Drawdy is a member of the Pediatric Endocrine Society and the Endocrine Society. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Pediatrics and the Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism. While Dr. Drawdy is employed by UF, she sees patients at the Pediatric Specialist Tower at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola.
