My bio
My name is Tara Dyson, MD, and I am an assistant professor of medicine in the division of gastroenterology, hepatology & nutrition. The majority of my practice is at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center. I earned my medical degree from Georgetown University, followed by internal medicine residency training at the University of North Carolina and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Florida. At the completion of my training, I accepted a position at UF. I am board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.
I am a member of the Artemis Medical Society, National Medical Association, American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. I earned my Master of Public Health degree from UF. In my free time, I am a volunteer physician with Dr. Help and the Equal Access Mobile Clinic.
