The University of Florida College of Medicine’s Gastroenterology Division is nationally and internationally renowned for patient care, clinical investigations, and research. The UF Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition offers extensive inpatient and outpatient services, including a unique gastrointestinal diagnostic laboratory for specialized testing. This laboratory enables physicians to measure gastrointestinal hormones and acid output in the stomach, test pancreatic functions, and conduct breath tests for a variety of diseases. UF Health also houses a 20-bed inpatient digestive and liver disease service.
