UF Health Family Medicine - Ocala Heath Brook provides comprehensive medical care for the entire family. Our board-certified family and internal medicine physicians are expertly trained to provide patients with ongoing primary care and treatment of acute illness.

We offer a full range of medical services for all age groups and can provide you with routine medical checkups, as well as treatments for a wide variety of health problems, including:

  • Comprehensive adult care
  • Health maintenance checkups
  • Immunizations and school physicals
  • Treatment of acute illnesses and injuries
  • Cancer, heart disease, cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes screenings

New patient paperwork is provided upon first visit.

Telehealth appointments

Note: You may receive a phone call from our office prior to your appointment time to confirm you were able to enter the virtual waiting area. If proper resources are available to the patient, the intake nurse will document your blood pressure, temperature and weight.

Costs, billing, and insurance

Pay your bill online by logging into MyUFHealth. If you'd like to pay by phone, please call (352) 265-7906 or our toll-free number (888) 766-8154. You can also make checks or money orders payable to UF Health PO Box 16051 Lewiston, ME 04243-9534.
