Personalized medications in seven simple steps

Step 1. Navigate to the MyRx Patient Portal

  • Create an account or sign in

Step 2. Place order

  • Place a consult order or place a test + consult order

Step 3. Provide Sample

  • Go to a UF Health Pathology Lab draw station to provide blood test
  • Complete your at home cheek swabs and drop off the kit at FedEx
  • If your results are already available, skip to step 5

Step 4. Laboratory Processes Sample

  • Approximately 7-10 business days once sample is received

Step 5. Schedule Consult

  • Our team will contact you to schedule a 30-minute educational consult with one of our pharmacists once results are available
  • Appointments are typically scheduled within the next 2 weeks
  • Educational consults are held on Wednesday afternoons

Step 6. Educational Consult

  • Meet with a pharmacist over zoom to learn about your results
  • Your pharmacist will ask you questions about your medication history or ask that you complete a questionnaire ahead of your visit

Step 7. Update your Provider

  1. Following your consult, MyRx will send your test results and our pharmacist’s recommendations to your health care provider who manages your medications
