Accepted Insurances - Dental Clinics

We accept Assurant, Aetna PPO and United Concordia, and the Eagles dental plan offered to UF and UF Health Shands employees. If you have different dental insurance that can be used with any provider, payment is required at the time of service. We can assist you in filing for reimbursement from your insurance company.

UF Payroll deduction

UF faculty and staff can pay for dental care at most College of Dentistry clinics with interest-free payments. Simply let your care provider know you'd like to participate at the time of care.

• TEAMS and USPS faculty and staff who are half time or more, and their dependents
• New or current patients
