My bio
Hello! My name is Dr. Kristin Dayton as I work as a board-certified pediatrician and pediatric endocrinologist at UF Health. I attended the University of Florida for my undergraduate degree, Wake Forest University for Medical School and returned to Gainesville, FL for my Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship at the University of Florida.
My clinical and research interests include transgender care, metabolic syndrome and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and disorders of sexual development. I see pediatric patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes. I am involved with educational programs for both the UF Pediatric Residency program and UF College of Medicine, working to improve medical education for our next generation of physicians.
