With an integrative approach to cardiovascular care, lifestyle modifications to improve diet and nutrition are combined with stress-management techniques through yoga and meditation to help optimize cardiovascular health.
The UF Health Sports and Exercise Cardiology Program offers a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensively evaluate and manage heart illnesses in adults who are at risk for, have been diagnosed with, or are recovering from heart and cardiovascular disease.
