Planned giving
A planned gift is a contribution that is established in the present, but typically allocated for a future date. Commonly donated through a will or trust, gifts of stock or charitable gift annuities, planned gifts are a simple way to make an impact on patient care while leaving a legacy of philanthropy. Room naming program
Our beautiful facility offers numerous naming opportunities in recognition of significant gift commitments. This is one of the many ways in which you can become a part of the legacy of UF Health The Villages® Hospital. Room naming sponsors receive a plaque with a personalized inscription dedicating a patient room or other designated area. Learn more by calling the Foundation office at (352) 751-8871.
Commemorative brick program
The Sharon L. Morse Celebration Garden is nestled between UF Health The Villages® Hospital and the neighboring medical center to provide patients, families, visitors, and hospital team members with a tranquil area to relax and reflect. The four pathways surrounding the garden contain thousands of red bricks that can be engraved to celebrate, honor or memorialize any occasion – even a special pet pathway!
Your tax deductible gift will reserve your brick(s) for engraving and placement and, for each brick reserved, your recipient will receive a letter acknowledging your gift. The installation of bricks is completed several times throughout the year and, once your bricks have been placed, you and your designated individual(s) will be invited to a reception to view your gift.

Members of our giving societies are making a lasting impact on UF Health The Villages® Hospital patients for generations to come. Let us help you find the best fit to match your passion and philanthropic intentions. The Royal Palm Society is our most prestigious patron recognition program for those whose cumulative gifts or pledges to the Foundation have reached $25,000. The Touchstone Society offers membership for those who make a single donation of $2,500 and is renewable annually.
