UF Health offers a variety of transportation services to its patients to make parking and transportation around Gainesville easier and more convenient.

UF Health shuttles

  • Free shuttles are available for patients and visitors with various pick-up and drop-off points.
  • Shuttles are equipped for people with disabilities. Handicapped-accessible shuttle stops are made on the top of the parking garages.

Hospital to hospital shuttle (Orange line)

Runs every 10-15 minutes. Stops include:

Medical Plaza shuttle (Green line)

Runs every 20-25 minutes. Stops include:

Public bus service

The RTS bus service offers transportation throughout Gainesville. Fares range from $0.75 to $1.50. Exact change is required. Some passengers are eligible to ride for free, including UF and UF Health employees, students, and ADA certified individuals.
